OUR SERVICES - FIRST REPORT OF INJURY

This service will provide the Employer the ability to report an on-the-job injury telephonically with minimal time invested on the behalf of the reporting party. Seltzer Associates will direct the injured worker to one of our network providers to ensure the highest quality of care. All reports of injury will be triaged by the Seltzer Associates System Care Manager. The State required accident form will be completed by Seltzer Associates and submitted to the appropriate parties in hardcopy and/or electronic format.

Our toll free call center operates 24 hours, 7 days a week and can be “customized” to meet the customer’s needs.
